South Korea's FTC Orders Dunamu to Halt Misleading Fee Advertising

South Korea's Fair Trade Commission (FTC) has directed Dunamu to cease advertising a reduction in trading fees from 0.139% to 0.05%. According to NS3.AI, the FTC found that the higher rate was never the standard fee, as 0.05% has been the standard rate since the exchange began operations. The regulator opted for a cease and desist order without imposing harsher penalties, noting that the misleading claim appeared in only five notices with relatively low traffic.
