Ukraine's Security Council Secretary Heads to U.S. for Peace Talks

According to Foresight News, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on social media that Rustem Umerov, Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council and head of the Ukrainian delegation, has departed for the United States. Zelensky stated that Umerov submitted a report outlining clear objectives to swiftly and substantively develop steps needed to end the ongoing conflict. Ukraine aims to continue its constructive collaboration with the United States and anticipates that the outcomes of the Geneva conference will be implemented in the U.S.
