BitGo Files for IPO on NYSE, Aiming to Raise $201 Million

According to PANews, cryptocurrency custody firm BitGo has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States. The company plans to issue 11.8 million shares, with a price range set between $15 and $17 per share, potentially raising up to $201 million. Established in 2013, BitGo is one of the largest crypto asset custodians in the U.S. The company intends to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 'BTGO.' Goldman Sachs and Citigroup are acting as underwriters for the offering.
