Arthur Hayes Predicts Bitcoin and Zcash Surge Post-Government Shutdown

According to Odaily, Arthur Hayes recently commented on the X platform that since the U.S. debt ceiling was raised in July, Bitcoin has decreased by 5% and liquidity has fallen by 8%. The growth of the U.S. Treasury General Account (TGA) has drained funds from the system. Hayes predicts that once the U.S. government shutdown concludes, the TGA will decrease, improving liquidity and leading to a rise in Bitcoin prices, with Zcash expected to see even greater gains.
